A CRAZY PROFESSOR, A RELUCTANT SIDEKICK AND A CHEEKY ROBOT
Lego came to us looking for a fresh approach to launch their new robot sets. We decided to turn the tables on the typical YouTube style by having the adult presenter as the butt of the joke and the kid sidekick as the cool voice of reason. We also got rid of the tripods to give the film a frenetic, handheld style to make it feel fresh & interesting. I helped write, direct & produce the series for Lego, liaising with clients in London & Denmark to lead the project.
The series was a big hit with Lego fans, clocking up over 400,000 views and the idea was expanded to meet growing demand.
