BY HELPING OTHERS WE MIGHT ULTIMATELY HELP OURSELVES

When I was asked to develop a launch campaign for this amazing new charity I knew we had to try something a little different. My idea was to view the disaster through the eyes of the volunteers and focus on their feeling of pride and accomplishment. Before the shoot I got to know the volunteers, working closely with them to channel their personal experiences into a launch spot and content films.

Alongside the commercial I created a series of longer content films for social focusing on individual character’s stories.

The campaign was a game changer for Team Rubicon with the charity recorded a 400% increase in website visits. We were also delighted when the First Lady, Michelle Obama posted the campaign to her social media accounts.
